Born into a family of creative women in Tehran, Iran, she was surrounded by artistry and craftsmanship from an early age. Her journey began with the study of traditional Iranian and modern handmade needlework at the Museum of Art in Tehran, followed by a diploma in couture fashion and technical work and further studies in photography at Azad University, where her work was exhibited and awarded. Years spent as a couture seamstress creating bespoke pieces for women cultivated her deep appreciation for textiles, detail, and timeless design—an expertise that naturally evolved into the world of interiors. After moving to the U.S. in 2000, she expanded her creative vision into home décor, founding her custom window treatment studio in 2009.

From 2018 to 2024, she served as Principal Designer for Home Depot, Macy’s, JCPenney, and DecorView’s Queens and Nassau County divisions, guiding thousands of clients and mentoring design teams. With decades of experience and trusted relationships with leading manufacturers and fabric houses, she brings a refined, detail-driven approach to every project, creating bespoke window treatments that balance craftsmanship, function, and enduring style.
